Color & Design Variations

We do our best to accurately display colors and details, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production processes. These differences are not considered defects.

Cancellations or Modifications to Orders

Because we begin preparing your order promptly upon order placement, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items, even in the event of production delays. 

Limited Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered in rare circumstances and at our discretion. If approved:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right by providing a replacement of the individually damaged or defective item or a store credit, when applicable, upon review by Sunshine Mahjong and approval.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. This timeframe is strictly adhered and required in order to determine eligibility for a replacement or store credit. 

Sunshine Mahjong does not offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any exception—including refunds, replacements, or store credit—is granted solely at the discretion of Sunshine Mahjong. and is not guaranteed.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval or resolution.

Sale Items and Promotional Pricing are not eligible for returns or refunds or the following adjustments, this includes:

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale/Final Sale Items

  • Retroactive discounts

  • Price Adjustments

  • Refunds for price differences on prior purchases

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or minor variations in color or design.

Shipping Policy

Sunshine Mahjong is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been handed to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We ship nationwide and offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method. While we package and ship your order with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen shipping issues may occur. Damage to items in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

For packages that are lost in transit, please notify us within 3 weeks of the shipping due date, we will attempt to help you initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. For orders that are returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

 

Pre-Order Policy

Please note that once a preorder is placed, we are unable to accommodate product exchanges or refunds, even in the event of manufacturer delays. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that delivery dates may change based on production and shipping factors.

Sunshine Mahjong Reservation of Rights 

  • Reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.  

  • Refuse any return, refund, or replacement
