We started Sunshine Mahjong because we loved what happened around the table — the enrichment of friendships, the conversations, the laughter, the camaraderie between plays.

The Gingham Garden series is part of our Social Collection and was designed to feel welcoming. Like there’s always a seat saved for you. For our first collection, we kept coming back to gingham. It felt nostalgic... but fresh. Inspired by sun-dappled picnics, blooming gardens, and classic gingham linens, this collection brings warmth and charm to the mahjong table. Like summer afternoons and long conversations around the table. We wanted a pattern that felt classic — but fun enough for game night. That’s how the Gingham Garden began. Every collection starts with a feeling. This one started with sunshine, friendship and picnic tables.

Care Instructions

Our mats have a waterproof finish that helps protect and extend the life of your beautiful new mat. Our mats are easy to clean by wiping the spill immediately. For more difficult spills, you may use an Oxi-Cleaner or Tide Stick or wash your mat on a delicate or hand wash cycle and tumble dry on low heat or air dry flat.
